That is the impression that BISD superintendent, the board of trustees and administrators are communicating to the public They don't express any misgivings about their 18-year-old graduates losing their lives in Afghanistan in a pointless war, but don't you dare, you mindless mannequins, protest the killing of unarmed black men by racist white cops.

What should we expect from our local Mexican-Americans!!! One of their own is killed by the BPD and nobody says anything. "Another cagapalo," laugh local leaders as they slurp up their huevos rancheros.

You have to credit our fellow African-Americans. They not only will rise in anger when one of their own is gunned down by authorities, but they vote. If the Democrats defeat the tyrant Trump, the blacks vote will play a key role in this outcome.

The Mexican-Americans??? Only beer and fajitas inspire them to get off their deadbeat asses. They could run Texas with a coalition of African-Americans and liberal Anglo-Americans, but their apathy symbolizes their lack of empathy for a dynamic democracy.

Then there are the turncoat Mexican-Americans who grovel at the feet of Trump. Since some of us can't walk in minorities' shoes, it takes a white man to know a white man. When Joe Biden says that 15% of the American people aren't worth jack shit, he's talking about the white trash who adhere to Neo-Nazi and KKK values, worthless motherfuckers who worship Trump.

When an African-American or a Mexican-American betrays his people for Trump, he or she is siding with la basura blanca. We Anglo-Americans know our own and we're burdened with Trump's racists who must learn that their time has come.

We believe in the melting pot that has distinguished our country from others. We believe in diversity. White is not right. We don't reside in Hitler's Germany. It is time for the whites who see the light to exile those whites who are responsible for our current plight into the darkness of night. If blacks and browns want to suck the white master's dick, then you have no more sense than a redneck hick.

My patio faces east. In the early afternoon the sun has embarked on its ancient descent toward the west and I relax on my lawn chair in the shade. I breathe deeply. My lungs are clear. Coronavirus has me contemplating life from a variety of angles. I am led to believe that those who suffer death from the disease suffocate. That doesn't sound like a pleasant exit to me. As a result of this grim reality, I have quit smoking dope. I don't want to weaken my lungs any more than 55 years of puffing on joints has wreaked on them. I have been retired for three years from the BISD after the superintendent threatened to fire me if I kept writing. I chose to keep writing. It is my spiritual calling. I had contributed 39 years to the school district and I was working for free. Retirement was a logical option. I don't miss the job, but I do miss my students, athletes and colleagues.
