Howard Cosell, the greatest sports announcer and commentator of his time, was known best for "telling it like it is."

Let's tell it like it is. And how to you tell it like it is? Every sports aficionado substantiates his argument by looking at the numbers. Here are the numbers:

In 2016 Trump lost the popular vote by three million, yet won the electoral college, 306-232.

"We had a massive landslide victory, as you know, in the Electoral College and I guess the final number is 306," said a triumphant Trump as he paraded through the streets of Washington D.C. as if he were Julius Caesar returning to Rome and in the wake of defeating the Gauls.

"The Democrats have suffered one of the greatest defeats in the history of this country."

Though it was neither a landslide nor one of the Democrats' greatest defeats, we forgive the instinctual liar for his hyperbole. Prevaricators are prone to exaggerations.

He failed to emphasize that he had lost the popular vote, 66 million to 63 million. If he had been running for president in Mexico, the victor based solely on the popular vote, he wouldn't have won.

Since we love bashing Mexico for its politics, we should never forget that our southern neighbors has a purer form of democracy than we do.

This year Trump predicted a red wave and he was correct as he added more than seven million to his popular vote in comparison to his first campaign.

However, Biden, surfing a blue tsunami, saw his totals crest at almost ten million new voters as he cruised to a 75 million to a 70 million popular vote difference as the counting continues.

Georgia's Secretary of State, a Republican, has asserted that Biden's 11,000 lead will stand in a recount and the state's 16 electoral votes will go to the Democrats, thus giving Biden a 306 to 232 victory, a "landslide" win if we adhere to Trump's 2016 standards.

In two presidential elections, in which he has come out on the short end twice in a one-person-one vote democracy, Trump has lost by more than eight million votes. Those are the numbers of a winner!!!

When Hillary Clinton succumbed to reality in 2016, she took it like a man.

Trump, a spoiled, rotten brat who has become evil as he has aged, is acting like a little bitch who will go down in history as the worst president who ever defiled the White House.

That is the proper fate of a loser.
